What should I book if I've never been to The Lush Suite?
Book the New Client Facial. This service includes a comprehensive skin consultation, customized treatment, personalized skincare recommendations, and a treatment plan designed specifically for your skin goals.
How often should I get a facial?
Most clients benefit from professional treatments every 4–6 weeks. Clients working on specific concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, or aging may be advised to come more frequently.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
A consultation is included with all New Client Facials. Advanced treatments such as Microneedling and Procell Microchanneling may require a consultation to determine eligibility.
What skincare products do you recommend?
We offer customized skincare recommendations based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. Our private-label skincare line, The Lush Collective, was developed to support healthy, radiant skin at home.
Can I wear makeup after my facial?
For best results, we recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours after advanced treatments. After most facials, makeup may be applied if desired, although many clients enjoy showing off their post-facial glow.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Don't worry about choosing the perfect service. We will assess your skin at your appointment and customize your treatment based on your skin's current needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 100% service fee.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. Virtual consultations are available for clients seeking skincare guidance, product recommendations, and customized homecare routines.
Do you offer treatment plans?
Yes. Clients receive personalized treatment recommendations, homecare guidance, and a customized plan designed to help them achieve their skincare goals.
Where are you located?
The Lush Suite is a private luxury aesthetic studio located in Hoover, Alabama. Detailed appointment information is provided upon booking.

Yes. The Lush Skin Collective Membership is designed for maintenance clients who want to maintain healthy, glowing skin through consistent professional treatments and exclusive member perks.
